It's a shame, I really like this show. But it was expected due to Kristen's comments you mentioned.

It is a good series, with a great cast but I am glad we won't have to put up with all those big bags Kelly Stables keeps using to cover her belly.

If she's involved behind the scenes as a producer, along with Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi then I guess at least there's the knowledge that they understand the show's universe and would hopefully be fully aware of what the fans would be looking for.

It would be intriguing to move it to a different timeline though - I suppose, in theory, you could replace the gods with similarly powered alien beings even. Which sounds horrible even as I type it, but i'd still be intrigued by the idea though.”

My main dread is purely because NBC are behind. I think they are the weakest network on television at the moment. Especially coming from a disaster television series. But considering most of their shows on their network at the moment are either crime or medical shows, it does make a difference to what they are offering.

I am open to it but still dreading it. Would rather a limited series of a continuation of the original series.

It would likely be a serious violent arc ridden show. Where as Xena never took it's self too seriously and had standalone episodes. We know standalones are dead these days. It had a combination of so many genres.

Complications.

Not sure if this will get renewed but after initially not being keen on it, it did get better as the series went along. You just had to keep watching to see how 'complicated' things kept on getting.

I think it has a relatively low audience but those who did watch stayed with it and want another series.

So happy for Master of Sex, I thought it'd be in trouble this season.

Same, especially as it is one of showtime's lowest rated shows.

That is a shame, I quite enjoyed this show and was looking forward to the third outing. However I am also not too surprised because they bumped it later and later last year throughout the second series.

Perhaps it will find its way to netflix or something so i can watch it.

Does anyone know if any UK channels are interested in picking up IZombie?

I think it's the perfect fit for E4 but I would be happy to see it on any UK channel!

Comedy Central UK has picked up the UK rights to US sitcom Undateable and season 3 of animated series Bob's Burgers along with the rights to all seasons of Malcolm in the Middle. Bob's Burgers was dropped by E4 after 2 seasons.

CCUK have also extended their deal with Friends which will continue airing on the channel until 2019.

I wonder if Comedy central will air season 4, 5 and the upcoming season 6 for Bob's Burgers

Interesting additions. Nice to see Comedy central's programming continuing to improve Once upon a time, all they aired was south park, two and a half men and friends on a constant loop

"Earl; Karma King" or something, with Earl mentoring someone who was just as a douche as he was to undo his bad karma ways. I mean, you'd have to expect Earl's karma is good by now, right? Barring the odd flash-back episode, or something. It'd have to go new, because the old was getting tired. New set of characters, with one or two of the old ones as regulars (obviously Earl...dunno about the others), guest stars of other old ones, and hopefully wrap up all old loose ends from the original by season's end. Just in case...

Heck, maybe have him have his own Karma Agency, taking on cases of the week. I mean, keep the protege Karma person he's helping, but have the guy be like some huge drain on his agency or something.

Another Period renewed for a second season

SyFy have cancelled Haven after five seasons. Despite the decision being made after wrapping production, it has been confirmed that the upcoming 13 episodes for the second half of season 5 serve as a proper goodbye as they had a feeling duirng production that they would be cancelled.

Not surprised. SyFy's shows never go seem to go beyond a fifth season.

As much as I love Riki Lindhome, I find Another Period barely raise a smile in me, let alone any laughs.

I've been expecting the cancellation news so I can't say I'm too surprised & I'm happy to hear it should get a proper ending - I've not really enjoyed the last few seasons but I will watch the last season to see how it does end!

As long as the show gets a proper ending I am fine with the show not getting renewed. I think 5 seasons is about right for show anyway.

About time, I gave up on this half way through season 3, Loved season one and two, but then it just got ridiculous and unwatchable for me.
