Yes that is why I am against it being renewed. It is definitely like 'Under The Dome' in terms of being a one season show, that shouldn't go on too long.

Wayward Pines is a good example of a show that knew it was a one season show.

There is a reason why shows like Mistresses and Devious Maids have done rather well because they are essentially soap operas, which leaves endless stories to be told.”

I'm watching Zoo at the moment and must say that I am really enjoying it!

It's as ever down to personal taste I suppose.

I have seen the pilot, it was a bit underwhelming to be honest. Although there were several sub-plots they introduced, sio it does have potential.

Looks like Sky are close to almost reaching a deal to pick up the UK rights to The X-Files limited series to be broadcast on Sky1.

AMC UK has picked up the rights to Manhattan and Cleaners.

AMC UK also has library deals for complete seasons of Breaking Bad, Mad Men and Weeds.

NBC have ordered nine more scripts for Blindspot. This doesn't mean the show will have nine more episodes. At least not yet. This just means more scripts will be written.

ABC give a pilot commitment to a comedy series starring Nicki Minaj. The series will focus on Nicki and her family's move to the states from Trinidad back in the early 90's. Sounds like a female version of Fresh Off The Boat.

Sky 1 are making an an eight episode action-adventure drama series called Hooten & The Lady starring Michael Landes (CSI) and Ophelia Lovibond (Elementary). Supposed to be similar to Relic Hunter.

Link.

I can't see 'Grandfathered' making the season, or at least getting a season 2.

Just watched the pilot, it was bad. Can't see it lasting long either.
The Grinder with Rob Lowe was even worse IMO.

No, before i even looked at the updated page, i just knew it was going to be about Graceland. Absolutely gutted. Loved that series. It was wrapped up quite well at the end of series 3, but extremely disappointed. Thought it was safe for one more at least despite ratings.

Yeah, it didnt end on a cliffhanger which was good. Was very open-ended. You can kind of accept that and leave what happen open to interpretation. Unfortunately, i think the show lost a lot of viewers during its dark transformation during season 2 and it never recovered. Although I enjoyed the fun side of season 1, I wasnt opposed to the new direction. You can't please everyone I guess.
One more season would've been good, but nevermind.

We can live in hope that Netflix or Amazon might buy the rights and make a fourth season.
Probbly won't happen but we can hope.

Just started watching season 3 of Graceland. Season 1 was great fun, but season 2 destroyed everyone, so surprised it even made it this far.

Why does everyone think that their favourite cancelled shows are going to be 'saved' by Netflix or Amazon? It only happens very rarely.

Yeah, I've just been waiting for it. It's the only reason I've been checking in here.

It's was good a show but it progressively got worse.

I'm glad Graceland got cancelled, it didn't deserve to be on the air after the massive 180 degree turn they made in the season 3 premiere that went so far beyond reality it made the show a fantasy show instead of one based in reality.

One of USA network's lowest rated shows, so it's cancellation is hardly a shock.
