For me, Zoo has turned out like Dark Matter, another slow burner series that started out poor but had just enough to hold my interest and then started improving, though of course I respect the opinion of others regarding their perception of it.
I agree with that, early on both were a bit of a drag, but Dark Matter improved a lot towards the end - and Zoo's picked up a bit.

Any news on Heroes Reborn in the UK - the opening double header was better than my (admittedly not high) expectations?

Netflix UK have picked up Reign. Seasons 1 and 2 has been available for a few days now. They have also picked up season 3 which they will upload every Saturday, a day after it airs in the states. At least that is one less show i don't have to stream/DL now.

I'm pleasantly surprised that it has been renewed. I did wonder if it had longer legs as an ongoing series.

I shall look forward to Season3 as well.

CBS cancel Extant after two seasons. However CBS are already developing another show with Halle Berry.

I assume 2-3 seasons is the minimum for a CBS summer series unless ratings are really appalling. I assume that aside from Braindead and Zoo, they'll air whatever they cannot fit into the regular season as well.

Since Halle Berry is developing another project for CBS, it's highly unlikely.

No, CBS made it clear in the press release that the show is over, they happy with where they left it and they are looking forward to working with Halle on a new show.

Why are you cheering a show's cancellation?

For the same reason I booed Zoo's renewal.

Minority Report's episode order has been cut from 13 to 10 episodes. That's essentially confirming a cancellation without using the word. Cutting episode orders are never good. They did the same with Mulaney last year. According to a FOX insider, episode 10 will serve as a satisfying conclusion.

Shame about Minority Report, but people did predict its demise, which helps soften the blow.

I'll miss the cops' jackets.

Well, that sucks. But it is Fox and Sci-Fi shows don't pair well with them.

Indeed

They have only ever hit the jackpot with The X Files and Fringe.

Only seen the first two episodes but I shan't bother with the rest now.

Do we know yet how many episodes have been ordered for Limitless?

RTE show it.

Just as rhey show Outlander and they also show The Americans on a mainstream channel at prime time.

Far better that ITV or BBC is RTE for popular shows from across the Atlantic.
