I really do hate mid season breaks. What a stupid idea they are. I much rather the UK networks delayed showing the season, until it could could show them in one continuous run.
The Flash returned last night in America and will have a few breaks again between now and its season finale in Mid May, By delaying it by about 5-6 weeks Sky have ensured we wont have that on again off again schedule and will run the 2nd part in Just 1 full run and by the time to season finale airs we shouldn't be that far behind maybe a week or so. |

Midseason breaks don't bother me. It's just how it is. Its not a life ending thing for a show to take a few weeks or month off the air. In fact, I love the anticipation.

I know. Another show I like on a channel I do not have that I will have to stream. Like most of HBO and Showtime's shows.

Basically Sky now how exclusive rights to all HBO and Showtime programming. However I don’t imagine it will affect existing deals with specific programmes, so the like of Homeland will remain on Channel 4. |

Yeah i did hear about that. It's a shame but it's how it is. I just think virgin customers are being robbed on discovering so many great shows. Not everyone will want to or know how to access shows elsewhere like me and many others.

There’s actually a bigger story behind this (although you may already know), Sky have just signed a deal with Showtime for exclusive rights to the network’s entire catalogue of programmes. It’s a pan-Europe 5 year deal worth an estimated £500 million.

The Showtime deal is for all new and future series, so presumably not any already exciting programs

In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate, yet equally important, spin offs: the PD, who investigate crime; and the district attorneys, who prosecute the offenders. These are their crossovers. |

With Sky living airing chicago fire, 5usa airing chicago pd and universal channel showing chicago med, we can expect chicago law to not end up on any of these channels. It'll go to Fox or a UKTV channel lol

Juliana Margoilies has said she is out of a job in April, suggesting some people know more than most about the Good Wife.

I suspect this is the final season of The Good Wife since contracts are up, the creators are leaving and seven seasons seem a good time to end it. I assume CBS will allow the creators to write a final episode. Quote:

Peaks was always going to end up on Sky Atlantic, even if BBC2 had wanted it I doubt they'd have got into a bidding war for it.

Its about time if this is Good wife's final season. It's been a poor performer since season 5. If it had not been for it's emmy love, it would of been cancelled a while ago. But i read ages ago that it always had a seven year plan anyway.
