Series 4 and 5 started later than that first 3, and the inconsistent sporadic airing of episodes don't help matters either. It seemed to get shunted around to fit CBS's new sitcoms, many of which were cancelled.
Six episodes of Series 6 have already aired, and so far I have seen nothing about the remaining 7 episodes, other than the finale episode is apparently going to be called "I See Love".”
It did surprise me how they treated the show, especially when Melissa McCarthys film career really took off. When you've got a show with one of the current hottest Hollywood commodities you make the most of it.
It seems once the powers that be have decided a show is over it's a case of screw the fans that have watched it and thus made us money for the past x years.
It's been my favourite sitcom for a while. I be using find the majority of the cast really funny (especially Nanna and Peggy). Unlike most sitcoms where some I find funny some not so much and some downright annoying/pointless.
