I would have said that too, but ITV have confirmed it’ll air in a primetime slot on the ITV schedule.
Depending on how close to the US they plan to broadcast it, if it flops in the US I suspect ITV will very quickly change their minds.

Tv Line do this thing every now and then called Blind Item. They give you a cryptic description of something regarding a television show. They did one a few months ago which was later revealed to be about Abbie on Sleepy Hollow

Well they have posted a new one and the reason i mention it, is because it concerns a potential cancellation

Rumors are swirling around the biz-ness that a higher-profile drama series perceived to be something of a hit and, like Showtime’s late monster mash-up, still relatively young in age, may be nearing the end of its run. In fact, unbeknownst to the public at large, the show’s current season may be its last.

CW sign a massive deal with Netflix. All of their current and future shows will be exclusive to them.

im seriously hoping im wrong here but im thinking it could be ray Donovan for some reason as im not sure if four seasons would be too long my other guess would be something on the air at the moment so possibly devious maids

BTW i hope to be wrong on both of these predictions

My guess was Zoo, Scream or Salem

But other people are guessing Ray Donovan as well, so you are not far from the mark.

I noticed NBC have extended the options on the whole cast of Cruel Intentions.

It had eight episodes and two were shown a week.

Was it planned like that? Because so few episodes and the running through them in less than a month say ABC were not hopeful for this spin off, reboot, revival, whatever.

Not sure. But it did actually rate well though. Especially for a summer sitcom show. It never went below a 1.0

Which is why I was a bit surprised ABC cancelled Uncle Buck, so quickly at least. Continuously getting above a 1.0 rating for a new summer show is quite acceptable normally... maybe there were other factors in their decision.

HBO's upcoming new show Vice Principals will only run for two seasons. The show was given an eighteen episode order which would be split between two seasons. The creator has now confirmed the show will not go beyond that.

That's odd. I wonder if they could only tie down the stars to the original 18 episodes ?
