I do the same too.

I've got Scream Queens, The Strain, Wayward Pines and How To Get Away with Murder
I have wayward pines and the night shift recorded from the summer but have not watched them as both haven't been renewed yet.

Yeah. I do the same in the summer as well

I am also doing the same with Scream Queens, Ash Vs Evil Dead, Shameless and Salem
This is the first year that I am saving some shows up to watch over Christmas. Every year I hope that the Christmas schedules will be awash with unmissable TV but I am always left disappointed

Same. Normally the films they put on tv i have seen all before and the xmas specials they do of certain shows, are the shows that i don't watch anyway.

The Simpsons has been renewed for a 29th and 30th episode. Through this renewal, the show has now replaced Gunsmoke as the most episodes produced for an american television show.

Makes you wonder if Season 30 will be the last one - seems like a nice round number to end it on, especially since they've now got the record.

Season 2 and 3 of American Crime Story will be filmed back to back next year. Lady Gaga has been cast as Donatella Versace for the third season. Sarah Paulson has previously been confirmed for season 2.

American Housewife has been given a back nine order. There will be 22 episodes overall

The Real ONeals has been given three extra episodes. There will be 16 episodes in total.

I am surprised about The Real O'Neals. It is their lowest rated comedy show. I suppose they need to fill in some gaps.

That's interesting. Could look at it as a sure sign that TBBT is ending maybe, or maybe we'll get one more season so it can build buzz for the spin off ?

Why would TBBT have to end? None of the actors are gonna be starring in the spin-off. Spin-off sounds interesting though although the casting of young Sheldon will have to be right otherwise it's just not gonna work.

If you look at it as a franchise then one can end and the other can begin and start a whole new branch - if this one is successful then there's scope for the 'origin' stories of all of the other characters.

As Kaley Cuoco has already said, TBBT returning for an 11th season and beyond is going to be a "very expensive question" so it'll make sense for them as well to look to launch a new spinoff that'll likely cost a fraction of the money they'll have to pay out.

Will they do a 'backdoor pilot'? Haven't seen one for ages.

I suppose the only way they can do it is in an almost entirely flashback episode, although that in itself would be quite good to see.

Netflix have become co-producers on the hit australian series, Glitch. Glitch was recently sold worldwide to Netflix. They will fund 15 per cent of the second season.

cool, it deserves a wider audience - it's one of the better "back from the dead" themed shows - really looking forward to S2

With it being a David O. Russell project, i wonder if his best mates Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper will make appearances.

Will it be like Dr Who? He helped revive that series.

That was Russell T Davies.

David O. Russell is a movie director and producer.
