I'm still getting over the cancellation of Heroes and and the Canadian series Intelligence. I wish Netflix would pick them up.

I love the feeling of the having a load of shows to catch. I am doing the same with Shameless USA at the moment.

ABC have cancelled Mind Games after 5 episodes.
Just a long line of flop shows for Christian Slater to add to his CV

OMG I can't believe Helix has been renewed.

Oh well, more ridiculousness to look forward to.

I quite like Helix, but how the hell do they do a second series?

I didn't bother with Wonderland - a lot of people said it had cancellation written all over it fairly early on and they've been proven right.

I thought it was only ever meant to have one series, anyway? Going off what I've been told, though.

Yep that's right, it was always a one-seasoner. I think they were planning on a series of one-seasoners visiting different stories each time. Not sure if Wonderland did enough to warrant that. I've been enjoying it but I'm only half way through.

The accents annoy me though. I assume US shows are hiring Australians to play Brits because of the location filming. The problem is, to a British ear at least, the fake British accents are just horrible, weird hybrids that sit between Mary Poppins and Alf Stewart

Aha, didn't actually know that then. Might have to watch it after all!

Your ear isn't as British as you think, the main characters are all English.

Alice whilst technically English has quite a strong Aussie accent (which is what I was referring to) and she's has the majority of the dialogue in most episodes. I find it off putting for some reason. To be fair though I've also noticed the fakeness of Brits playing Americans too (different shows).

The 2nd season of helix won't be arriving until winter 2015 though, which leads me to believe it was only intended to be a one season story, so getting a 2nd season will take longer
