Considering the hype and the extreme promotion that 24 has had since last May when it was announced it was coming bacl, 24 should premiere with massive ratings. Perhaps over 10 million. It was a strong and impressive earner in the ratings for all eight seasons anyway so it's not as if it ever lost it's fanbase like a lot of shows do in the later seasons.

Fox has only ordered 15 episodes for Mindy Project's 3rd season.
Good news for Sleepy Hollow fans, the 2nd season will have at least 15 episodes with the potential of having 18, well above the 13 episode order for season 1. |

Good news for Sleepy Hollow fans, the 2nd season will have at least 15 episodes with the potential of having 18, well above the 13 episode order for season 1. Fox Upfronts are on Monday, they'll announce their Fall schedule then. With the loss of X-Factor, it'll be interesting to see how they structure their week. I think Comedy Tuesdays will all but go - Fox haven't found a line up that competes with The Voice, and the losses to shows like Glee, New Girl and Mindy have been massive, because the same audiences that watch The Voice live (cos you sort of have to!), are the ones Fox have been trying to keep hold of for their shows. I expect Glee to move to Friday nights - that's almost the only 'old' show with a full season order. Shows like TMP can slot into a half hour spot almost anywhere in the week, especially as they could delay it's season launch until Winter, and get one of the fresh new shows in their Fall line-up - where they're more likely to get better numbers. Sleepy Hollow feels like an autumn-type show, but they could easily split this into two halves of 9 episodes, and run one in the autumn, and the other next Spring, giving Fox some space to have a mid-season show in between. No surprises here either! Dads was dead for a very long time now, and Surviving Jack never seemed to get off the ground. Enlisted really wasn't given any chance of survival - a launch late season, on a Friday night, gave it no chance to find a major audience. Rake is the biggest disappointment - it had so much potential to be great, and it seems like they messed around with the original (Australian) formula and ended up with a show no one cared about. Fox just haven't found that serial drama that will last, since House finished, IMO. I just don't see any of their new shows being that for them either.

Ahh well i can delete Dads off my V plus then and make room, as i had recorded all the episodes aired over here so far and only planned on watching regarding a renewal. I have done the same with The tomorrow people, dracula, star crossed and believe.
So happy about Law and Order SVU. |

ABC have been terribly quiet regarding renewals. When networks did early renewals back in March, they didn't. Now we are in the run up to the upfronts, still no early renewals at the moment.

I read something about this. ABC doesn't do early renewals anymore because when they did do them certain people connected to the shows that didn't get early renewals moaned so much that ABC said fine, no more early renewals for anybody.
Thanks

Thanks Moretears
I can delete the tomorrow people and star crossed now. Can't believe Beauty has been renewed. Has to be one of the worst shows CW have ever done but one of the worst supernatural dramas i have seen as well. Oh well. Jane the virgin leaves little to be desired by the title alone No Supernatural spin-off pick up then |

It is a big seller internationally, apparently. Doesn't say much for the world outside US borders.
