.........Tom really annoyed me with his "Sorry Lord Sugar" comment as he and the other boys left the Boardroom. I quite liked him up until that moment, then I thought to myself - what a lick arse!

He def has the potential to be annoying (like most of them really) but I still think he's an interesting one to watch.

I think all the contestants will be saying "sorry L. Sug" at some point through the process (some as repetatively as Syed did).

It seemed to be about saying something/ anything to get themselves noticed. That's Sugars fault because he always criticises the quiet ones.

Valid points.

That's the thing that always confused me about Lord Sugar. If you're calm and considered, you're 'in the background' or freeloading off one of the gobby, annoying types. That and he always seems to like outspoken people, whether they are rash or not doesn't seem to bother him.

Then you get the people trying to appeal to him by trying to mirror how he got started in business and thus "reminding him of himself" Of course, it's always incredibly obvious it's a put on, but he rarely seems to see it.

thought it was a bit a**elicking by him

though what i never understand is why sugar and brady went after the guy that did the hard work in the van, if he wasnt preparing the food then it wouldnt have got done. so what he only sold 9, he knew the others were selling. Seems to be a thing with them that if you dont sell then you obviously arent working hard enough

Was he not a salesman though ?

No idea what their names are yet, but another contestant remarked that he thought he would have been better out front and selling.

As soon as Ed brought Leon and Gavin into the boardroom and not this guy I knew it would be curtains for Ed.

His comebacks were good. Someone has to do the donkey work and if they refuse then they are accused of not being grafters, not being prepared to get their hands dirty.

Karen's role seems to have changed a bit this year. She's noticeably more severe (and in this case, just for the sake of it I thought).

i think he(dont know what he is called either) was but if noone else was going to do the hard work then they would have moaned about that also. Pretty sure he said that he worked on an ice cream van so he would understand the need for the van to be appealing to the public

I think Lordaluns' side of the table were struggling to find fault with anyone other than Edward, so any small fault was highlighted for the sake of padding out the show.
Even then Edward was oblivious to it and went for the bloke who burnt out the juicers doing what Edward had explicitly told him to do and the guy who reluctantly stood for PM - ie what none of the others had the balls to do

Well, hello Sid.

Tom was trying to ingratiate himself with Sugartits - as someone else called him. Sugartits doesn't like that sort of person!

Is Iggy still around?

xx
