Good to see this show back. It was interesting that Katalin sais she could be a bit hyper

I loved the first series and having just watched last nights episode, the second series is looking as if it might be just as good.

We've had the fish bone scenario at Mazzy Towers. Little Miss Mazz ended up having to have a camera up her nose and down the back of her throat to find the bone and then some giant tweezer contraption to yank the bone out.
Loved Destiny (sp?) - took the whole thing in his stride.

Given the number of staff around Fishbone kid they weren't expecting that to go quite so smoothly.
I liked his subtitles at the end, wants to be a Doctor, Fireman, Superhero...
Thought we were being Teed up for a very unhappy ending with Ellie.
Who was the other patient Matt had to give 'that talk' too, the Grandmother that sent him off for a cry was the second time that day.
Took a bit of a shine to Jill the pregnant patient, still retained a sense of humour, despite what she thought was happening and the pain.
One of the things I like about Bizarre ER too, is the sense of humour people retain even when they're looking at digits been removed.
Hope Dr Matt's family got a better idea of what he does after watching the show.

I don't remember the 4 red phones either.
I can only guess they're direct lines on separate numbers that bypass the switchboard/internal phone system in case that goes down.
Can't guess who they connect to though.
Jill, trying to change her focus, so as not to dwell on the past IMO.
Always the next time, Always the next time, to count your blessings, might be a very different matter if she'd had no kids though.
I love this series! Really puts everything in to perspective and there's always some light relief in one form or another.
I wanted to reach in and give Dr Matt a hug when he was crying! It must be so hard to keep your work and family life separate when faced with very similar situations. It's lovely to see how much the whole A&E team care for each other though.
I also loved the two lads talking about wheelchairs while they were waiting in the corridor. Reminded me of the random conversations I've had while waiting with people in A&E. The topics that are discussed while that bored are crazy!

Trudie's sister is going to 'go' before the program ends.
They are going to start filming a summer-long documentary here in our hospital tomorrow, they will be filming until September so should be interesting, although I hope I won't feature in it!
Ive always been of the opinion that if i was on a night out and having a good drink and a good time and i fell over and bashed my head and died,,,,,,well i would rather go out like that than suffer for months with a bad illness,,,,,,,,,
