Oh, well Kofi made a full recovery by the looks of things, really thought that wasn't going to end well.
Warmed to Roger in the end, he left his 'most expensive brolly you'll ever touch' in the examination room though. Very tidy Doctor doing the tests on the chap who had the stanley knife to the face btw. Looks like some nurse humour next week with the drunks. |

Yes, I am, and I'm boiling mad already.
All those resources and man hours, wasted on a load of piss artists basically. |

Why does that cretin with the broken neck keep saying "yeah" all the bloody time? If it were me I'd forget about my Hippocratic oath for a moment and let the pathetic waste of Oxygen take his neck-brace off and see how far could get.

Glad Kofi recovered . It was all going on though that night , people shot in the face etc. It's a great program , the staff of Kings A & E are fantastic. Shame more people are not watching it though . |

When they finally gave that idiot with the broken neck an injection to make him sleep, I thought, why can't they do that with all of them, but I suppose that would be classed as assault and would contravene their 'uman' rights.
I did feel sorry for David though, I thought his story was very sad. |

but didn't have much time for the other 2 tbh. I get that alcohol can make people act differently but imo its not excuse. But then I don't drink alcohol so my viewpoint might differ if I did.

Noticed broken neck man didn`t show any remorse for his bad behaviour to the staff, I qould have given him something tov send him to sleep allright. notice when he saw the big f off needle he changed his tune though.
At least the young lad who was abusing the coppers came on and apologised |

Drink and drugs affect your behaviour and mental state. As the Doctor said at the beginning about drug takers 'if you didn't feel funny you've bought the wrong drug' Anyway very good and very affecting program as usual. Narrative nicely knitted together by the program makers, obviously with the help of the staff. As an aside, Sister Claire... |

He did start to calm down near the end, with the Nurse who gave him his jab. Sounds like he's used to being beaten since childhood, your sleep remedy probably wouldn't bother him too much. Then again given what his mother said, it sounds like he's abusive and by turns depressed when he's drunk. |

I feared the worst for Charlie last night so was glad he's making progress
It was quite shocking to see him still talking to that nurse long after she had left the room. It didn't look good at that stage Philosophical as Derrick was it was so sad to see he'd lost his wife LIke the way they showed the woman with the cut finger and chap with a crack in his leg & sleepy pal to lighten up this episode. Such a well made series |
