I'm glad we haven't got the cancer episode this week, I don't think I could have watched that one. Although this little girl is going to be upsetting enough |

I remember taking my (almost 9) year old to A&E. The sheer emotion didn't hit me until I got home. She wasn't bothered. Seemed to find it all a bit of an adventure. Mind you it was only a deep cut as opposed to burns

Oh wow I didn't know that a burn could cause your heart to stop due to lack of liquids. Is that the same for adults?

No I couldn't leave her but then again I only have the one child and the other two may have seen it and been terrified as well. If she's in for a while she may come in. Depends if they have family local who can help

![]() Once my ex best friend had to stay home to look after her youngest 2 as her husband had to go A&E with their eldest who'd trapped her finger in a door at school & basically ripped the whole nail (or something along those lines)
