After tonight I want Jim out a.s.a.p. he would stab his Granny in the back to get on. There is looking after yourself and then there is Jims methods. Nasty to the core imo.

Nothing nasty about it. He had a justified point IMHO

I agree, I did not like the way he acted in the boardroom, though I think it would be good to have him as a villain figure in this series

Rubbish, he defended his performance (rightly so, he did well) as you are supposed to do on the apprentice.

I don't think he was nasty, but he is quick to attack others in addition to talking himself up.

I agree, but I didn't like the way that after he forced Leon to change it to Glenn and Glenn asked him what he thought about it he said 'the project managers word is final,' twisting everything

So he should have bent over and taken it? Get real. Every single one of them would do anything to win. The only difference is Jim had the balls to do it.

I think he's great, so easy to manipulate leon, hilarious. Jim is a Jedi!

He's not there to look out for anyone else though.

I really rate him and I'm glad he's still there.

Nah, he's alright. I like him.

I think he's very sharp, diligent and on the ball. Not a nasty piece of work.

Jim is already de facto boss of the boys. He's awesome.

You can actually imagine him keeping a cool head in business. Quite a novel concept in this programme so no wonder people are horrified.

Don't know if it was careful editing but, I really liked him tonight. The "Jedi" mind trick in the BR was Apprentice gold.

I thought it was the best boardroom performance I've ever seen - he was brilliant. Managed to plant Alex in Leon's mind to take into the boardroom, defended his corner when Leon picked him manipulating Leon into changing his mind, and then managed to cut Glen off at the knees when he started to protest - all the while whilst keeping his cool, speaking clearly and articulately.

He is now head boy in the house, most will be far too scared to bring him back inot the boardroom anytime soon, the only way he'll be in the boardroom in the next few weeks is as loosing PM.

Masterful performance by Jim

I think Jim's highly machiavellian, which might not make him the nicest guy but it makes him a very effective candidate on the show.

I can't see anyone beating him at this stage.

I actually think that girl who won yesterday is quite a strong candidate. I like how she didnt get involved in a possible catfight when she was sitting in the taxi.

if Leon had taken Jim into the boardroom, Lord Al would have fired the lot and gave the partnership straight to Jim

Agreed, I thought she did very well there. As you say, could be one to watch.

I'd pick Melody as my top girl. I like that she gets very involved in the tasks but not the group politics. She's a smart cookie.

Nasty piece of work because he stood up for himself and his capabilities on this task..........Makes a refreshing change.

Lol yes she was having none of that nonsense in the car - incredibly focussed woman.

Jim basically saved himself and got Alex fired by highlighting he was cannon fodder ha!

Hi Sid.

I know it's only two episodes and this show is all about the edit but, I agree with you about Jim and Melody. Especially agree with your point about Jim being Machiavellian.
