The whole thing of making it look like one lot are incompetent and the others are miles ahead, and then it turns out the poorer looking team wins, it's getting a bit predictable.

I know what you mean but I do think this week the girls genuinely were incompetent and the blokes really should have been miles ahead.

I was thinking there must be a twist, but was still shocked.

I completley agree- they did the same thing last series too. They make one team look incompetent (and like the eventual losers) and one team look like they are waaaay ahead (like the eventual winners) and its ALWAYS the team that they made to look incompetent that ends up winning.
Thats actually how I always know who is going to win on this show. The team that gets the bad editing is the team that WILL win. |

It's not easy to predict. But it's not exactly hard to guess correctly when it's a 50/50 coin toss lol

They do this for every episode but sneak in a non-bluff episode to keep you on your toes.
So somewhere in the middle of the series we will see a team look like they're going to lose and indeed they will lose badly. |

Interesting one tonight though.
On UK sales, on the big pitch to the auditorium and on the pitches to the on-line websites the boys did win. To an old fogey, who can't be doing with mobiles, like me they seemed a sure fire win. But maybe thats the point - the girls grasped the key market which the boys and I had completely overlooked - kidz! |

To be fair I think they would have had a real struggle trying to edit the girls team to make them look like winners. Think they showed what probably happened accurately. Just sods law they got more downloads.

Also, has anyone else noticed that the three people who end up in the boardroom do a short piece to camera at some point throughout the show? So if a contestant's name doesn't appear at the bottom of the screen, they are safe for that week. They generally show both PM's names and then 2 more contestants from the team that loses. Happens every week. Shame.

Probably true, but I try not to think too much about it. I find I enjoy the programme much more that way. “In the end, there can be only one”.

They've also had pieces to camera from Susan and other women, even though none of them has ever been in the boardroom.
