Nice to see that the guys that have been fired are the right ones to go.

Both times I have agreed with SAS.

I would have got rid of Vincent tonight. He's way out of his depth. His pitch was excrutiating.

I also think that people who tell you all the time how charismatic they are, aren't actually very charismatic at all.

Vincent wasn't an option for Lord Sugar.

I think he made the right choice too. Leon could have gone, but it's long been my view that Lord Sugar won't fire the project leader if he has a choice. Last episode he didn't have much choice, as Edward was so terrible, but this week he did.

I would agree with the choices but it is difficult to judge someone until we can see how they perform as PM. I'm not sure if Leon flatters to deceive but he better be on the winning team from now on.

I really haven't a clue about most of the girls as the focus is mostly on only 3 or 4 of them.

Edward certainly seemed the right choice for me.

Tonight was more doubtful; there were grounds to fire any of them. But Lord Sugar tends to prefer people who come up with ideas, even if they're bad, to people who come up with nothing.

Take it to the extreme. A boardroom full of people with lots of ideas will at least have ideas. A boardroom full of people who wait for everyone else's will result in (a la Jim) "nada".

I'll say this about Alex- usually after someone is fired they'll get at least one thread in here, maybe saying 'bad decision', or maybe one gloating about that person getting the boot. Absolutely no-one has started a thread about Alex since he was fired. I think that says something. It makes me think Lord Sugar was right- he hasn't really made any kind of impression, positive or negative.

Maybe I should start one- "Alex- boy can that guy slice baguettes!"

As for Ed- he stuffed up, he had to go. Simple as that really. So yeah, I think Lord Sugar called it right both times.

I agree.

Next week though some of the "quiet" ones will get more attention when they are in mixed male/female teams and we will get a better idea of who is shirking and playing it safe.
