I can't understand why what must be the most frequently used function/button on the whole HDR is so borked in this way. And why Humax can't easily fix it. It's unacceptable to have the picture and sound cut out every time the guide is accessed.

Come on Humax, one little patch to solve this, please!

Its been like it for 3 years, theres no chance they will do it and Id say the box updates are finished.
