There are other people apart from Edna who could win, its only week 2.

Jim is over-rated, cant wait till he is fired and see all you all crying that your messiah has gone

Jim is an ideal candidate for the job and would give Alan Sugar.....sorry Lord Sugar a run for his money.
I think he's in with a very good shout. That doesn't mean I like him

That might be his undoing in the end though, if he appears just toooo clever and toooo slick. LAS isn't going to want anyone who might upstage him.

Not sure where I stand on this though because it's not an apprentice he's after this year. He has said he wants someone that he can basically leave the running of the business to so one assumes he's going to want someone fairly dominant.

I already sense a slightly different emphasis in the boardroom from AMS. In the past he hasn't usually let them attack each other; saying things like "You won't go far in this process" etc. Historically he has tended to smack that down and say "Excuse me, that's for me to decide" etc. But this year he appears to be letting comments like that slide so I'm wondering if he's going to let them battle it out a bit more because he isn't looking for a subordinate as such this year.

It is a bit early for me as we haven't seen most of them in any kind of business action. On the basis of what we have seen, Jim is the early front runner.
