I really like his writing....the Tanyed salon scene was great....and the Jean/Kat scene was one of the stand out scenes of the whole baby swap storyline for me

Yes I think there's a worry he sacrifices characterization for some good one liners or cracking dialogue but I think for this episode he will be good...won't be soppy, but real and some humour too.Hopefully.

Not sure if I've ever seen the young kids names, like Oscar, Amy, Kamil etc. in the credits?? Hope we do get to see Syed babysitting his baby brother, would be so cute

Thanks elphie...I loved Nitin's mention of the little boys that plays Kamil scene stealing and he mentioned his name.I think they have partially adopted him !! they like him so much.

This and very much what we've been missing, plus Daran has some insight to the story others don't which is all good.

Yeah, I think my main worry was that it was going to be too soppy and cheesy (and therefore un-themish) , but I think there's minimal risk of that with Daran Little. I hope it's a good mix, though.
