I recently ordered the new Motorola Atrix from Orange. (its a great handset). I chose the Panther extra £35.00 plan. And was very happy. Within a day or so of the handset arriving I noticed that Orange were doing the Work and Play kit for a extra £5.00 pm, I was happy to pay this and called sales to see if I could change my plan and have the kit sent out. I was told I would have to send the phone back and then reorder it as a new package. Now this just seems plain daft to me as my sending the phone back Orange are losing money on a phone I am just going to reorder. But that is how they want it. So I have canceled the phone and reordered it to arrive next week. What a waste of time and money.
