Blackberry: am I on Business Enterprise thing?
RubusRoo

I have a blackberry that I bought & I use it on O2 PAYG. I pay £5 a month for the blackberry services, email, web etc.

I wanted to download an app that you can use to remotely lock your blackberry in the event that it is stolen or lost.

However, it doesn't work on the Business Enterprise Server thing.

How do I know if my BB uses that?

Thank you.

You would know because it's something set up and run by your business IT department.

I would be very surprised if you were a BES customer, I'm pretty sure you are a normal consumer using BIS.
