Not a bad effort at all (actually, I couldn't do it!), I've seen something similar on You Tube but this good.

The the intro of HD has been quite profound in terms of picture quality though.

Of the 5 I watched they were all excellent. I'd recommend adding a side menu to your site for easiest navigation between vids and to increase hits there (which could generate Google ad revenue for you).

Nope, there should be sound. Did you check to make sure the embedded player's volume wasn't set to mute? I've had that happen a few times on Youtube in the past.
