Pipex rapidly going downhill
I've been with Pipex for my home landline for about 4/5 years and the service was always good. If there was a problem, they sorted it out quickly and the combined rental and calls bill was always reasonable. Then they were recently taken over by TalkTalk and it is already all going pear-shaped.
Visit http://www.pipex.co.uk and inexplicably you are taken to TalkTalk business broadband site. Why, no one can tell me. I only have the phone service with Pipex, but trying to track down any help for the phone service is now nigh-on impossible - it all relates to broadband. Obviously, broadband is where the money and everything else can go hand. For a few choice comments about how bloody awful TalkTalk are try here, here, here and here. |

Try http://www.pipexuk.com/ thats what i use to log into our online billing for BB and Phone.
Something i've always wondered is that there doesnt seem to be anything about signing new customers up anymore, i quite like the idea of getting the new fibre bb, but ive emailed them and had no response, but dont want to change ISP as we have had no problems with them. And after 4/5 years we are still getting our 12mb unlimited bb free with just £25 for unlimited calls and line rental |

Hi guys,
have you tried TalkTalkbizcare on twitter they may be able to help? If not PM with your telephone and account numbers and I will endeavour to find you a source of support. Cheers Ady |
