Cheddar cheese and tuna together

BUT

the cooked potato must be scooped out then mashed with the cheese and tuna then put back in the skins and grilled for a couple of mins.

Another favorite when I want a bit more flavor:
Butter, Chili con carne, shredded cheddar and/or pepper jack, sour cream with some crushed red pepper and a Chipotle boullion cube blended in, topped with diced tomato, red onion, chives and coriander.

Butter with grated chedder and red onion with TONS of salt and pepper.

Lashings of butter, grated cheese, red onion and salt. I also rub on a bit of olive oil before baking.
