I thought the Oods recordings of Timelords were of Paul Mcgann! The main one sounded somewhat like him. Re watching shows that it is similar although there are a lot of differences!

i know it sounds funny but when i first watched it i thought it was the 9th doctor. However rewatching on iplayer i realised its totally different

I don't think it was - but I can see where you're coming from. If you do the hearing equivalent of squinting, it also sounds a bit like Eccles - words like "signal" and "planet" which came out as "signul" and "plannit".

I didn't think it, but upon listening again can hear what you mean.
