I didn't care for them. Their drumming rhythm seemed to be all over the place. I thought they were going to create some sort of tune/rhythm with their sticks but they didn't. I knew they'd get through because a) they were soldiers who'd served abroad and because of this, the audience already decided they were worthy of getting through and b) the producers probably wanted them because they were soldiers anyway. The below link is what drumming SHOULD sound like. Move the slider to 1:20.

I was part of that audience, I kind of agreed with Michael and Amanda, there were points when I was getting bored (the actual set was at least twice as long as that) but then they introduced a new factor and it got interesting again.
Still, they were brilliant and I would have said yes (well, as the 4th judge, I did )

How about instructions from the producers over here? Simon might very well have given the producers over here (through a phone call before the show started airing) instructions on what to do in certain situations. I can't believe that you don't think that was a set up.
