watching recordings on Foxsat hdr
Hi,
On timer recordings on the foxsat is it possible to start watching a recording before it has actually finished recording? What I mean is if I set a recording for,say,11pm to finish at 11.55pm,could I start to watch it at 11.45pm while the recording was still going on. Thanks in advance |

You can watch an ongoing recording approx 30 seconds after recording starts by simply selecting it from the media list. In your example it would be available to view at about 11:00:30 (hh:mm:ss). This is because the minimum recording time is 30 seconds. You can fast forward/rewind pause within the current recording. If you go past the recording buffer you drop back to real time. Using the programmeable forward skip keys you can avoid dropping back to real time display. Foe example start watching a ITV recording around 15 mins after the recording starts. At each ad break press the forward skip key twice (at defaults 2 x 2 mins). At the end of the programme (for a 1 hr programme) you will be close to real time.
