the Blonde Ambition Era (1989-1993) and Drowned World were just phenomenal (1998 - 2002)
Paradise is a phenomenal song and that video was used for the tour, I love it! i want this Madonna experimental pop again on her next album

She seemed to ditch Mirwas after American Life bombed. That was a shame as he created some of her best work. This song included. |

I read somewhere she was doing a trance album but other rumours suggested she was seeking out reggae producers

This song included. i love that Madonna literally brought patrick Leonard from the 80s and Orbit with the 90s Dance movement.....ROL and Music are defining pop albums in music history! and there is loads of speculation as to who she is collabing with on her next album. Personally I want a fusion of sound and somethinv that is VERY Madonna. Lady gaga is doinv the Trance-Rock-Metal style at the moment, Britney/Rihanna have covered Dub Step the past couple of years you know. Madonna can really elevate this really Indi Dance style, listening to my copy of Pala by Friendly Fires (beautiful album!) I would love maybe a few sonvs that embody that (similar to her Debut album style) and maybe a similar Trance fusion in ROL and Music perhaps pushed forward so much more. Some Rock elements, as in progressive Rock styles....something moody and gorgeous! It will be fantastic. |

It's bound to be amazing whatever sound Madonna goes for! haha!
![]() I would actually like her to make another pure pop album! Like a 2011/2012 True Blue!!! ![]() ![]() And honestly out of all the artists out there now i suppose Katy Perry is the one mainly doing "Pure Pop" but If you are talkin NOT-Dr Luke.....i am in ![]() But I think before she makes that move we need a defininv era like Blonde Ambition and Drowned World, those eras spanned 3 years! and had massive albums and sinvels across them....i mean "era" is being abused nowadays! but truly those really were "eras" But i would love this truly glorifying conceptualised album in sound and vocals and directions!

Actually it would be interesting, but i suppose Pure Pop would not necessarily be "Madonna" as we know her to be honest. True Blue had a purpose and was absolutely EPIC for doinv what it did in that era.

It just wouldn't work!!! It would have to be amazing and not generic/boring/Dr Luke!!! ![]()

I really want an album that makes people go.... ![]() ![]() like she is famed for! just cannot wait! but would love for her to do more festivals and re-introduce herself too in some ways ![]() cannot wait for channels to really playlist her videos etc. and be all celebratory of her career! it really is a nice touch to the effect a Madonna era has ![]() Madonna at 50 in 4 Music was fantastic countdowns from fans

yeah i suppose Pure Pop would be a risk in todays standards as nothinv can be defined as that anymore as there is a world full of generic tosh out there!

Her experimental tracks are amazing. I was happy to see a video for this song even if it was intended only as a tour backdrop.

Don't kill me, everyone. but I actually like Dr. Luke. He co-wrote and co-produced two of my favorite songs of all time. Since U Been Gone by Kelly Clarkson and Who Knew by Pink.
He's not that bad. He can do R&B, pop and rock and has a way with a catchy hook. The one person I don't want her to ever work with is David Guetta. I"m so glad that was just a rumour. I'm tired of the generic dance club stuff. I wouldn't mind if she did a straight up pop record. I like experimental songs but I like good straight up pop songs too. I'm open to different things from her, but the one thing I don't want is a straight up generic house/club record like Celebration. Everyone is doing dance/house now and it's so boring. |

she also did a little known duet with ricky martin that was pure fabulousness....
