Anyone heard if they have got live show tickets yet?

Not yet. My email said i would hear by 23rd if i was successful. Time running out! I wonder if they have made 'the draw' as such already, or if tickets will be emailed on 23rd only?

I can't remember the policy for the lives, are the tickets guaranteed entry or is it still a case of queuing for hours?

Thanks, that's what i suspected. Wish they would sell some tickets as guaranteed entry. It's clashed with a bad week for me to leave work early just to queue for hours.

Hi,

I have got tickets for Monday's show & I know it doesn't garuntee you entry as they always issue more tickets than seats. But how early would I need to get there? In previous experiences I have got there about an hour earlier than doors opening. What would be the case with BGT? Anyone been before?

Thanks

You need to be there much earlier then that. A good 3-4 hours.

When did yours arrive? Still waiting and hoping here.

With The X Factor last year it was quite ridiculous, we got there at 8 in the morning!

However for BGT as its a weekday and is less popular you shouldn't need to go to those extremes, but still an hour is unlikely - that's the time for priority tickets. I'd say 3+ hours if you definitely want to be certain about getting in

My friend got the email on Friday I think it was. Thats when he told me about it anyway.

Wow X-factor is mental! Do they really over issue by so many then???!

Thank you for the tips and advice all, much appreciated.

Hey,

I got two tickets for Tuesday's Live Semi Final. And they are priority tickets (it clearly states Ticket Type: PRIORITY).

I'm living in Germany and will travel to London for the show (and stay for another day). Really excited...

If anyone DOES have spares, PLEASE offer them on here as there are so many people who were disappointed AGAIN. Someone on DS very kindly let me join them for an XF live show and Ive never forgotten their generosity. So help each other out if you can DSers!

I got normal tickets yesterday - so excited!! I'm thinking I'll need to arrive about 3 hours early though if I want to get in, what have other people's experiences been with these live semis?

You will need to be A LOT earlier than that. For the XF lives I got there around 12.30 and was about 50 in the line - by 2pm the line was probably 200 strong and probably not all of those got in. There were loads rolling up between 4 and 6 and didnt get a sniff of getting in. They over subscribe the tickets by a lot and they have a lot of guests, VIPS and sponsors so very few from the stand by line get in. Id say get there for lunch time to stand a chance.
