Well i knew this would happen. Now that Simon is back.... there will be 4 judges, so how do they explain this?

Is this like Danni making excuses covering up the real reason why they get rid of people?

My thinking was that David would return to USA and it would be the other 3, but NO. so i'd like their explanation.

They currently have this 4th vote - the audience that is, if you saw 'The Highwaymen' two judges said no thank you, one said yes, oddly the audience convinced the two judges - if there is deadlock in the live semi-finals (unlikely as it is surely scripted!) then the audience can be the 5th judge. Best not to take the show voting too seriously as the producers know which acts will be in the semi-final.

It would be cool if that impressionist won, his Kevin Webster was amazing - imagine if he does an updated routine relvant to the lift collapsing in CS

I think Simons vote will be like Lens on SCD, in case of a tie he has the decider, or will it be like X factor where the vote goes back to the public if there is a judges tie when deciding who gets the 2nd spot in the final
