I've no doubt she'd have been taken in by Zoe had they lost. She might have been fired, but I wouldn't assume that. Her mistake was one of over-estimating what they could sell, but she hadn't pulled her figures out of her arse; she'd calculated what they'd have to sell an hour and it did sound feasible. Nick likes her a lot, and that would weigh with Lord Sugar, and he supposedly has a soft spot for the younger contestants and is inclined to be generous to them.
People have escaped firing when they were far guiltier than Susan (Jenny Celerier in the laundry task, Laura in the second task last year).
