snack, - a little fruit packet, 3 squares of 'crunch' my work colleague gave me

Small serving of muesli with skimmed milk

Chicken breast in a tomato, garlic and oregano sauce with roasted parsnips and plum tomatoes

2 Mini Spinach Pakoras and 2 Mini Onion Bhajis

Busy day, unexciting menu!

Breakfast - Red Bull and a cig.

Brunch around 11:30 - 2 slices of wholemeal toast and 3 scrambled eggs.

Dinner - Chicken kiev, baby potatoes, broccoli and carrots.

Supper - Rice crispies, semi skimmed milk.

Breakfast - 2 handfuls from a plastic box containing: Bran Flakes, All-Bran, Jordan's Nut Crunch, Linzi's Granola and wheatgerm all mixed in together. Phew! So scrumptious.
Mid morning = 1 buttered crumpet
Lunch - Piece of cod with stirfry and noodles.

Breakfast - bacon sandwich
Lunch - last night's leftover chicken satay and rice
