I am on my second day of WW at the moment

Breakfast - 2 belvita breakfast biscuits (they are so filling, I couldn't eat all 4), activia fat free yogurt and some fruit

Lunch - rice salad made with chicken, sweetcorn, cucumber, spring onion, mayo and sweet chilli sauce

Dinner - warm roast new potato salad with thinly sliced sirloin steak

Snacks - fruit and probably a low fat mousse or something.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and small banana, cup of coffee

11am snack, 1 oakcake and dairylea light triangle

Lunch - chicken breast, carrot tomatoe and cabbage salad, few olives. Innocent kiwi and apple smoothie

Thats it for now but got a bag of cheese doritos on my desk that now doubt will be calling my name around 3pm!

tea - chicken, mushroom and pepper omelette I think

Aiming to drinking 2 litres of water and avoid as much coffee as possible!

yesterday i skipped breakfast...one of my problem areas.... had lunch at 2pm small portion of fish and chips and carrots and a coke, (pub lunch), and later during midsomer murders had a croissant and cheese and walkers crisps... all very high in calories, i should have left out the crisps?
today i managed breakfast, a small cheese roll, and dinner was carrots brocolli, cauliflower, pasta, all in a cheese sauce (homemade, and fresh veg), and a veggie burger quorn thing. and i had three long walks. (to make up for yesterday).
and drinks wise i had three coffees so far today, and will have one more later. and a bottle of this water with lemons and limes, and ordinary bottled water, usually 1ltr per day.

Not so healthy today!

Skipped breakfast as I was late.

Lunch - Chicken and chorizo sandwich, bag of kettle chips and a freddo bar

for tea we'll be having something off the m&s dine in for £10 menu, washed down with a few glasses of red

Managing to stick to my 2 litres of water a day promise but thats the only good thing I'm doing today

Breakfast-Porridge made with hot water and some sliced strawberries.

Tonight. Baked spiced salmon fillet, broccoli and brown rice.

Drinks-2 litres of water.

Don't worry that seems fine to me and to be honest the majority of posts in here really do seem like not enogh at all and seem dangerously low/borderline starvation

And mine today was much worse

Shredded Wheat
Orange Juice

Pittas with Moroccan Houmous
Banana
Doughnut
Thortons Easter Egg

Apple
One Duck Wrap
Egg Custard Tart
Nutri Grain

And am expecting a takeout from the Indian any minute now

But its fine. I went for a 30 minute jog this morning, my BMI is 20 and frankly its far better to enjoy your food than be so clinically detached from in it.

hi, yesterday i made a quiche- not sure how to spell e at end or no e?- any way made it and it was so beautiful i nearly cried! in my next life i want to be a chef!
it took nearly all afternoon to make but it was well worth it, I made the shortcrust pastry from scratch, and the filling was brocolli red onion garlic red pepper, i only used 2 eggs instead of 4 because i dont like it too eggy, and i added cottage cheese because i had no cream, and topped it with little bits of goats cheese.

I was tempted to eat it with chips but i resisted, so i just had some deli coleslaw with it intead.

and today i had the breakfast biscuits, then went for a 1hr walk, and then ate a slice of the quich that was leftover and some pasta with asperagus and green beans in a homemade cheese sauce.

i will probably have something else later as i had my dinner too early but i just couldnt wait!

The chips probably had less calories in than coleslaw.

sunday. i had 1 peice of toast with new butter and honey spread. (from kerrygold) its nice. but weird. a slice of carrot cake, and small coffee in a cafe. and fish and chips in a pub. and a coke. and three coffees at home.

monday. i had 2 toast with honey spread. a small avocado sambo. ie the bread was small like a mini loaf from baker not processed. its a cute little loaf, and the slices are half the size of a normal loaf, and makes me feel like i am eating less... but probably not as i pile on the filling. walkers crisps. mini potatoes green beans roast chicken. i cooked a whole chicken for the first time for a family dinner. and a mini cheese sambo cause i stayed up late and was starving.

today. so far i have had a chicken and sweetcorn mini sambo. and a croissant. and two coffee's. i'm having chicken salad for dinner. but that could all change!
