yesterday:
BREAKFAST: toast with jam x2. lUNCH: tomato soup and 2 toast. DINNER: boiled egg cheese and croissant. SNACK: some kettle crisps (1/4 packet).... This was a bit of a landmark achievement for me to eat three meals in one day and have it all nicely spaced out with 3/4 hour gaps. normally I leave hours and hours between eating a meal and its not healthy.... i am trying to eat smaller portions and smalller meals more often rather than just two meals with a 6 hour gap and huge portions....so i am delighted! |

Just drank a protein shake (been to the gym this morning).
Now for breakfast I'm undecided between the full works of sausages, scrambled eggs, beans and grilled tomato or just go for a porridge. |
