Organic lemon + manuka honey drink

Organic avocado on organic bread toast, splashed with cayenne pepper

Handful of organic brazil nuts

Two organic kiwis

One medium Bowl of Sainsburys salad - butternut squash and lentils, squash and chickpeas, wholewheat pasta and squash, and something else with squash (God, where's their vegetabular imagination FFS). Combined at home with a tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce.

Couple (alright, 5) of Thornton's chocolates

Organic salmon and peas with Sainsbury's Taste The Difference Chips for dinner (chips cooked in sesame oil, with black and cayenne pepper)

Too many Sherries/Brandies to count

Quinoa 'oatmeal' - quinoa cooked in water with pecans, walnuts, a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of pure maple syrup

Blueberry grape smoothie - romaine lettuce/spinach/red grapes/blueberries/ice

Strawberry kale salad

Coconut water

Carrot/lemon/ginger juice

Now going to have a grilled chicken caesar salad.

It was delicious! I didn't make it myself, ordered from a vegan restaurant but here are some recipes I found for it (mine looked more like the 2nd one): Paella1, Paella2, Paella3

yesterday:
BREAKFAST: toast with jam x2.
lUNCH: tomato soup and 2 toast.
DINNER: boiled egg cheese and croissant.
SNACK: some kettle crisps (1/4 packet)....

This was a bit of a landmark achievement for me to eat three meals in one day and have it all nicely spaced out with 3/4 hour gaps. normally I leave hours and hours between eating a meal and its not healthy.... i am trying to eat smaller portions and smalller meals more often rather than just two meals with a 6 hour gap and huge portions....so i am delighted!

Just drank a protein shake (been to the gym this morning).

Now for breakfast I'm undecided between the full works of sausages, scrambled eggs, beans and grilled tomato or just go for a porridge.
