I've no idea. It deletes stuff I'm not trying/don't want to delete, the internet connection is woeful at best, signal is rubbish, I could go on...everyone else I know who has one loves it. I think I've just been unlucky with tbh. I'll try an iPhone until my contract is up, and if I don't like that I'm going back to Windows Mobile.

Whats wrong with it?
Most colleagues seem to be happy with their Desires/HDs, only one has moved to the iPhone, and that was really only for the keyboard. There's an App for that! I think I saw a keyboard on the Market the other day that declared to make your keyboard like the iPhone's..... |

iPhone 4.
I picked it because I'd previously had an iPhone 3G and liked it so much that I decided to upgrade to the next model. If I'm happy with something I'll stick with it. I'd had a blackberry and windows phone in the past and didn't want one again. The OH had an android phone which I'd used and so knew I didn't want an android. So not only was I happy to continue with an iPhone, I also knew I didn't want any of the other leading smart phone brands. |

Signal may have nothing to do with the handset, The internet connection wireless and 3G is excellent and is definitely the best phone on the market for browsing.

You'd be better off going to Windows Phone than Windows Mobile. Windows Mobile is a dead OS.

Nokia N8
Was looking to upgrade my ageing N95 and my iPod had seen better days so decided I wanted something that could replace both of them so just made a list of the things I wanted on it and thats what I came up with it. The things I were looking for are Touch screen N wifi Good still camera HD video camera Satnav Radio receiver and transmitter Lots of storage for music and videos Bluetooth Web browser Email client Come across a few problems since getting it like, crashing when playing audiobooks (only use this at home anyway so just keep my old ipod at home for that), Ovi Maps not sending Satnav instructions over bluetooth to my helmet (Sygic can so it's not a problem now), music player doesn't have separate lists for Albums and Artists |

Ericsson PH337. A well designed and functional phone that also is great for texting. The main things that drew me to it are: LED 'text arrived' flashing light (if I miss the beep), display that is on and clear all the time, even backlighting, smaller than the other phones on offer, designed by B&O and made in Sweeden, good car kit and hands free options.

I got the htc wildfire on my 2 year contract originally and I liked it but wasn't sure if it was a phone I wanted to keep for 2 years so sold it and bought the htc desire and will be keeping it until september next year.

LG Optimus 7
After messing about with my daughters HTC Wildfire I thought wow these smart phones are great I want one, I was going to get an Android based phone or a Blackberry but after spotting the Optimus I asked to have a play with it and was blown away by the ease of use and the intuitive and fast OS, I love it. |

Not if you wanna Bluetooth it isn't Not if you wanna customise it isn't Not if you want to hold it while making a call To name a few. Best on the market yeah yeah!! Depends what you need it for in the end. |

I got an N900 over a year ago but am still happy with it although it is getting on a bit now.
But main reason was for Internet access and for £15 a month I have 300 mins talk and 300 test + T Mobile web and walk and can use the phone to connect the laptop to 3G as well. |

Absolutely, I'd also add "If you want a camera that gives an accurate rendition of colours".

Bought the San Francisco for the high resolution screen.
Mildly stupid really considering a 3.5" high res screen is far too small for web browsing unless zoom is activated. At least there was no better choice at that price level but WTH did they not make it 4 or 4.2 inch? |

My phone was the cheapest in the shop. I make calls on it and I receive calls.
That's all it does. I don't text or use it for anything else.

I wanted Android and the HTC Desire was about as slick as any phone could be. Plus it won Phone of the year.
I'm still really pleased with it but I gotta admit 9 months on I'm pining for a Desire HD or a Dell Streak, I want a bigger screen. |

Moved from a Nokia to a HTC phone. Liked the fact that it would work well with Google Mail etc.
Nokia seemed tired and did not relate to the needs I had/have. Never looked back |

Blackberry Torch. Bought it because I love the features and how the phone looks. Not regretted it once.
