.... Though we need to see more of him to know for sure.

On the opening task and on last nights one too, he does seem to be, to not only try very hard to support the Project Manager during the task, even if the PM does turn on him later on, but he also tries very hard generally.

I think for those reasons, he is my favourite so far and was very funny in the opening task too with how he was laying it on with the ladies with his "charm" and suggestive type of comments! Though I hope he doesn't have a nasty side to him, don't let me down Vincent!

No one else agree or is it just very quiet on here this year? Looks like it is quiet this year compared with last years one.

I will say, look out for Vincent. I hope he lasts for a while as long as he keeps his current efforts up.

No, I actually quite like him too.

From what I've seen, I can relate to him much more than any other candidate.

I hope he shows some of his competencies in the upcoming episodes otherwise I can definitely see him getting fired and soon.

Cool that you like him. In the last board room Sugar said at one point about being in there for an hour and a half! So hopefully his trying hard efforts are coming to light. He doesn't seem to be a backstabber either really. He took being bought back to the boardroom well, didn't get bitchy or vindictive and he didn't lie in order to protect himself like some of them in the past have done.

I called it that he'll make the final 4. Seems a good guy, and funny too.

He makes good telly. Based on the last episode where he practically grabbed the phone off one girl and took over the closing of a deal from another, not sure about being a good guy.
I'm worried about his voice. He seems to get hoarse very often.

I actually think he lacks genuine confidence and a lot of what we see is an act. Look at him freezing in the headlights in that pitch in episode 2 for evidence, plus he's been very nervy in the boardroom.

OP may be right on this one - I think he could be a good guy struggling to play the role of a tough, ballsy alpha male. I've come across a few of them in real life.

Especially the suave act (though it is highly amusing to watch).

In terms of business, think you've hit the nail on the head. But I also think he probably isn't as good as he thinks he is (as is very much a trait with most of them there).

So he is a good guy generally, yeah, but just a bit slimey in places (with all that cringeworthy talk which about himself which he prob believes) ha.

He didn't grab the phone at all. As sub leader, he was asking her to ask questions while she was making a query and he was right to do so and she then handed him the phone, so he could ask the questions himself.

If the other team had asked questioned about the price of the tea, instead of just saying "Oh thats brilliant" and as good as said "where so desperate, please rip us off ( ), they wouldn't of got ripped of I would have thought.

Re him freezing/running out of things to say, sometimes people's mind go blank in situations like that and with the pace they have to work at, that is probably what happenned.

All in all, thinking back on him, including what he said about being quite good looking or something, I think he is quite funny and a nice guy. I've left myself open to be dissapointed though "if he turns rogue" on us though!

I just hope he stays the same like and just gets better.

He's a bit cringey when he tries to be all suave, but he does seem like an ok, quite funny bloke.

He needs to lose the half-hearted 'tache though.

And I quite like his husky voice - but he does nothing for me in the looks department.

In fact, in general none of the guys this year that we have left seem particularly awful like with Stuart Baggs and that idiot who kept banging on about Sandhurst.

I thought his husky voice was because of a soar throat

Anyway to work with I think he would be awful but he seems a nice guy. Don't think he'll last much longer. I say we'll be seeing him off in week 6/7

He was an appalling leader and two of the people in his team were unhappy with his antics. Natasha said ' Vincent didn't let me get on with the job I was given and Ellie called him a bullsh*tter. It was extremely rude behaviour to keep shouting in her ear while she was on the phone to a client .

He didn't shout in her ear. As for BS, I think they are all guilty of "exagerating" their credentials aren't they? I was thinking just yesterday of that one who said she was probably the best sales person.........in Europe!

I am not sure I like him yet. He seems very full of himself. I didn't like the way he kept trying to take charge. I don't like the way they are playing the 'He's a ladies man'.

In the last task, he was made sub leader in a split team, so he was following the PM's orders pretty much. Generally, I think he has tried very hard to back up the PM's generally and has done more than his fair share in trying to win the tasks for the teams he is in.

I thought he was OK in relation to the PM. The problem was more in relation to the rest of his sub-team.

As far as I can tell, his car got the steak and the toilet paper, and the other car got the hat, the sign, the silk and the tea. So his car got half as many items as the other car. It's not impressive.

That could have been down to them having different yellow pages for different parts of London as gavin was going on about in Your Fired. He thought it was the same yellow pages, and it wasn't, so they ended up going all over London, criss crossing etc
