I do lots of training these days, between 2-4 hours a few times a week, so I tend to try and have snacks before I go. I like:

Peanut butter on toast
Poached egg on toast (or if I'm really hungry, scrambled egg, tomatoes and mushrooms on toast!)
Oatcakes with hummus
Cereal
Fruit and yoghurt

Porridge can be good too.

And when I was struggling with eating properly before training, our coach told me to eat wholegrain pasta with tuna etc before I trained. Might be more of a 'meal' rather than snack, but if you had a small portion that's very healthy and filling!

fruit salad
Bananas chopped up with fat free strawberry yoghurt
Hummus and crudites
popcorn
olives - great for getting rid of a salt craving, ie crisps in my case
weetabis with skimmed milk is a great filler if you're in a rush, add strawberries and bananas if you want.
fresh fruit smoothies, go easy on the yougurt etc
fat free jelly if you're just craving something sweet

I second olives. I am a massive fan of savoury snacks like crisps but nowadays olives do the trick instead. I'm pretty much addicted to them at the minute.

Cheese and nuts, particularly walnuts and brazils with a good strong cheddar.
