yes thats right, have you tried capitals or the password you may have changed?

There is also a technical support email at the myechostar website. They could help you.

I suggest you go into your device settings and change the standard password. failing that, delete the device in the internet site and re-add the box. I used home as the name for the box and admin, then changed it.

You will have to call them or email. I have contacted them and they do respond.

You aren't doing well. Call the customer services via their HQ. They will respond.

Hey HMDI,

Have you tried to change the password within the HDS-600RS settings area on the receiver? This might help.

I'm also wondering have you visits the TV Anywhere support section of the myechostar website.

http://support.slingbox.com/go/hds-600rs

They have various contact options and also a public forum specifically for the HDS-600RS feature.

Hey guys at last i have got the WATCH FEATURE going.I did a factory reset then disconnected everything from the echostar (hdmi mains network), then reconnected it all powered up and started again. This time after 6 days of trying the password worked and pictures came thru to my laptop fine. dont know what i did this time that i did not do last time but all now ok.Many thanks for you online advice
One more question When you have finished viewing on laptop do i just click log out to close it down or is there another way to close. Kind Regards David
