Susan Li need I say anymore
I know. She looks hot in that red dress she wears. She's from Toronto, Canada.

I think this is the early morning schedule for next week. UK time.

First Look with Linzie Janis (New Show) : 05:00 AM
Countdown with Owen Thomas and Linzie Janis : 06:00 AM
On The Move with Francine Lacqua : 08:00 AM
The Pulse with Maryam Nemazee : 09:00 AM

Here's some more caps. Frankly I don't think she's particularly attractive!

Betty Liu is more attractive.

Creating such a thread was the main reason for me to create an account in the first place. Alas, it took a while for my account to get activated by the admins, and then I forgot about it. Anyway... Hey guys!

I'm really looking forward to the changes on Monday. Bloomberg's website does seem to have contradictory details concerning Linzie's new show: According to the US schedule, "First Look" will start at 5am (UK), just like "Global Connection" did, while the European schedule indicates it'll start at 4am.

The European schedule also suggests that "The Pulse" will run for three hours.

According to Owen Thomas, Bloomberg's first male host since ... I don't know, we can expect the same new graphics Bloomberg US introduced a couple of weeks ago. And finally, "Countdown" becomes a real one to the European markets opening again, with "On the Move," which used to provide the countdown until recently, being shortened to one hour again.

R.I.P. "Global Connection." This opening sequence was awesome. Now we can expect Linzie Janis looking at things in a virtual environment.

Can't see Linzie starting at 04:00 AM and no way Maryam would last three hours with the speed she runs about the studio.

Linzie's new set should look good. Here's what they have been running in the ad break last week.

I've been reading the CNBC appreciation thread for a while now. It's great to see that there is no bullying but a contructive approach to your "passion" coming from the others. That made me feel welcome to sign up.

Is Maryam Nemazee still with Bloomberg and will she stay with the network given these changes? Shes come on leaps and bounds since AJE, a lot more relaxed but still has that gravitas an anchor needs...

Yes she will retain her usual slot on 'The Pulse'. If latest info is correct it will be on at 09:00 AM. Yes Maryam has come alive since she took over from Andrea Catherwood. And she's wearing a skirt now! Yes your read that right! She's been wearing skirts!

Just checked epg info for Bloomberg European on Astra 1 19 east, it says the same as the Sky epg, 0400 First Look and The Pulse between 0800 and 1100

The European broadcast design team does fancy electronic music... Looks good though, but I still prefer the excellent "Global Connection" open.

Joshua, don't worry about Maryam. She's great and it's nice to see she becomes more and more confident.

I wonder what will happen to Mark Barton, though. He's been on Bloomberg for years now, and he has never had his own show like, for instance, Maryam until a couple of weeks ago, when he took over "Countdown." Now Owen has joined Bloomberg, with more on air time... I feel Mark's a bit unappreciated.
