Do people still watch this disaster?

I stopped watching after the first episode. The judges were terrible.

I imagine everyone who comments here watches.

Because to be blunt, its stupid to comment on something that you don't watch.

Yep, I still watch (though I record it and watch it later to fast forward the adverts). I have tonight's set to record, assuming the world doesn't end of course.

I record it and skim through. Don't really care this year and the talent is lacking. Guess we really are scraping the barrel now.

^This^

I watch it and if I don't like some of the acts I moan on here, if I like it I say so adn don't moan.

I don't watch the likes of BB, but I also don't go on that forum and say - Do people still watch this rubbish? because I don't care about it.

Starting a thread on ir in the forum shows you care maybe it's your guilty pleasure and you secretly love watching it

I don't watch on TV, but follow the live show thread here and later get on to youtube and watch the good ones.

Well based on the viewing figures around 10+ million still watch it overnight alone (i.e. not including those who record and watch later)

10 million or so - who watches for the judges? they just say yes or no - ought your question be 'why is bgt so popular?'

I'm slowly losing the will to watch it...I hope they have a few better acts up there sleeve or the live shows are doomed.

I'd be amazed if they could create a great week of live shows with these acts. Simply dreadful stuff at the moment. The scrapping of the barrel stuff was summed with that last act. And im sick and tired of watching dancers coming in trying to be good. Just STOP ffs.

This is probably the worst series, yesterday's was laughably bad. They have very few acts on now because there isn't enough talent, just adverts, gap fillers, bad acts and 1 or 2 average acts.

The final act was atrociously bad, but they got through because of the sympathy vote. I would have said no.

I actually have no idea who will appear in the final, all the ones who have got through have been pretty average, and i honestly cannot wait to see the Britney impersonator again............................................................

When David Hasselhoff is somehow the "serious judge" (the one least often putting through rubbish)... you know there's BIG trouble.

It's consistently in ITV's top three viewed programmes so someone's watching it...but I wonder how many of those are like me. I put it on in the hope of enjoying it and find myself distracted by just about anything else. I'm fed up of joke acts, don't like the judges (I thought I'd love DH on this) and whilst I might manage to watch the semifinals I won't be hunting them down online if I miss one (as I have in some previous years).
