And in most cases, whether the ideas materialize or not depends on their green light, so I'm starting to get a little frustrated.
I totally respect the fact that they're trying to protect her legacy, but a posthumous release is an excellent idea! Not as revealing and insightful as a biopic, which I get why they reject, but adequate to keep her name out there. Drake recently said that he has recorded a song with Aaliyah ( he obviously meant that he used Aaliyah's vocals) and J Dub (one of the main producers on 'ΛΛLIYΛΗ' also said the album might be released soon, so I'm optimistic.
