Ok, So at the end of the almost people, the ganger doctor (that sounds a bit dirty actually) and a ganger tardis that has been produced in the episode kidnap Amy, so the real doc and Rory, river etc have to rescue her. River shoots the fake doctor and gets imprisoned for it?

And maybe Amy has a clone, and the tardis can't tell the difference, hence why it says she's pregnant then she's not?
