For me it was Gennie's smile when Nikhil got between Val Georgia and Rishi and gave them what for, She absolutely loved Nikhil being assertive,
Tonight and last night must be the two best genhil episodes ever, Even over shadowing the kiss and that took some beating. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just going to watch it again. ![]()

Hi everyone! It's been quite a while since I last posted, probably due to the extreme Genhil drought!! All I can say now is YAAAAAAAAY!!!!
Missed tonight's episode as I was at Zumba so am trying to watch it on ITV Player. Having major problems with it and wondered if anyone else was? |

Thanks Jellybelly!!! I seem to be only seeing half the episode. It says it's 46 mins long but only seems to run for 20 odd. Will give STV a try. Thank you xx

After you've watched one part, simply click onto the next one. Also on STV you don't have to sit through 7 adverts before every part, like you do on Itv player. x |

Hope I helped xx I hope ITV player doesn't always play tricks when it's an hour long episode??Wow, I'm totally in Genhil heaven from this episode. I loved all their scenes- especially the talk that they would not end up like Georgia & Rishi, their kiss and Nikhil rested his head on Gennie's shoulder. So sweet

Tonight's scenes with Genhil were so sweet, about time we saw them happy.
I love assertive Nikhil. |

When did Nikhil's food/no carbs obsession kick in?
Because i've just seen a scene (03.03.11) of Nikhil buying a frozen pizza from 'Layla's' shop. ![]() Did it start out as he would eat whatever as long as he could run it of or did the running thing come out of the blue too? I only started watching Emmerdale after Gennie got the job in the office.

I don't actually have much to say
everything was perfect. I wouldn't of changed a thing (Genhil wise) writers have got it right wow! Assertive, masterful Nikhil, sounds like something from my dreams Must admit that scene at the window, was amazing, melted my heart, They will be a proper family unit, slightly puzzled to why Gennies moving into Holdgate and not Nikhil Into Victoria cottage, but eh never mind ![]() Sian and Rik are so talented and credit where credit is due, well done emmerdale ![]()

I can't believe they're going to move into Holdgate though. Totally illogical, as we've all said before. It feels like he's never going to leave that house. So by the end of the year it could potentialy house Jai, Charity, Noah, Rishi, Priya, Nikhil, Gennie and Baby Sharma

I love assertive Nikhil. ![]() I just knew Gennie's bump would suddenly appear overnight. ![]() Don't have much to add about tonight's episode that hasn't already been posted, I too found all their scenes wonderful! It's so lovely to finally see some happiness for Gennie and Nikhil!

Have just watched last nights episode and loved all the Genhil bits, especially the scene on the stairs and the one in the pub. I also thought it was interesting watching Jai in the kitchen, when Nikhil was all excited, trying to look happy for his brother when was obvious to the viewer he was struggling. Wasnt particularly interested in the Zak/Lisa stuff but was nice that there was no Chas/Cameron and Ashley/Laurel stuff for a second ep in a row

Finally got round to watching last nights episode in full, loved the Genhil scenes. The teddy scene was probably my favourite scene and window close second. I just hope they don't disappear and we see more off the relationship build. Hope we get to see Davids and Katies reactions

Nikhil's life is suddenly going in the right direction, he's happy and becoming the type of man a pregnant woman needs: Strong, dependable, caring and protective.
![]() ![]() Ooh I could have punched Jai in this episode ![]() (and not even beacuse of the Rachel thing), such a self righteous, sour faced, git. [Poor Rachel can she ever catch a break with the fellas? ]I really think Genhil needs to find another place to live, that or they need to kick everyone else out. I think they are shoving them all in that house together so they can have Nikhil's ascent next to Jai's decent .Who is exactly in Gennie's old place now anyway? Katie lives with Declan (or did last time I was bothered to remember) and Chas lives at the pub. So is it empty or am I missing someone?

Really enjoyed all this week's episodes, although I was slightly disappointed that we did not get to see them have the scan as I am sure it would have been another great scene.
I do think that he has asked her to live with him to try and make her feel part of his family after all in Monday's episode she said to Charity (in another great scene) that she still felt that they still regarded her as "funny little Gennie" and did not take her seriously. As for her place, Victoria Cottage, I would guess it's now empty as Gennie was living there alone after Katie moved to Home Farm. I do think it's a shame that Georgia is going to be more of a guest character as I loved the scene yesterday when Brenda was telling Gennie she would start knitting for the baby and Georgia piped up "Oh I know some great designer baby stores" as I think there could have been some fun scenes with both of them vying to be favourite Grandma! Although I don't think they're going to be centre stage again for a few weeks I think they won't disappear for ages like they did at the start of the year. |

Imagining Nikhil seeing his baby for the first time, would be comedy gold but a melt your heart moment too, no doubt he would of said something wrong![]() But its lovely seeing a proud daddy to be not so sure about the doting uncle though, could be his only chance:yawn:

I finally caught up with these last Genhil episodes. Nikhil and Gennie were wonderful. Nikhil was so adorable with his protectiveness and comforting of Gennie. Finally, we get the see the Nikhil who loves Gennie again. They were so sweet together. I love how he kept telling her that the sonogram would be fine and he knew this because he was going to be a father. I loved that Jai was jealous. For once, Nikhil was the star of his family.

Again loved the Genhil scenes last night but Jai was getting on my nerves a bit given that he didnt even seem to be trying to look happy for his brother although i think nikhil put his mood down to his parents break up rather than jealousy. I also dont really get the Jai/Rachel thing given that she had enough sense to stop him the first time he kissed her even though she wa drunk so dont get why she changed her mind when he kissed her again.

everybody has there needs and she is a young woman in her prime who is probably rather frustrated thinking about David all the time Even our Gennie had a few little flings, But nothing happened when she slept all night with Jimmy honestly, |
