Kazz I'm so diappointed we didn't see the scan! I'm thinking he asked her to move in as she said she wanted a long engagement so she could wear a nice frock (although I reckon they'll be married before the birth!) & it would be natural for them to move in together now there is a baby on the way. This way he can look after her (lucky Gennie!) I wonder if Rishi & Priya will be moving into Victoria cottage now with Georgia coming to "visit" them. Didn't Stuart Blackburn say in his DS interview Georgia would pop up from time to time until eventually moving to the village permanently? Also there should be some scenes next week Plus Sian has tweeted over the last few weeks variuos comments about being at work.

They were both in the Woolpack tonight but we didn't see any scenes of them together, which was a shame.
Loved seeing Nikhil all confident and happy. Loved it when him and David asked Andy and Sam which one they'd date if they were female
Loved the girls dressed as Alicia

It was lovely seeing him confident, David and Nikhil work so well together. Even with no actual Genhil scenes, seeing them apart equally happy was enough that made me laugh, it's light hearted moments like that, makes remember why I watch emmerdale, other than Genhil of course

Loved tonight's Nikhil and David scenes;

Laurel telling David that Jakey had more chance of pulling someone as either of those two did.

Also loved it when a bemused Priya asked Alicia if Nikhil was David's only friend and after a moment's thought Alicia replied yes!

Finally David blaming Nikhil for his failure to pull one of the girls they met during their night out last Autumn (which was when Nikhil was stalking Gennie's ex - Nicky the vet).

A spin-off for these two would be genius. Nikhil's Stag Night would be a perfect opportunity for mayhem.

Perfect oppertunity. Long engagement they said, I'm thinking writers wouldn't of even filmed the wedding then, I'll get writing my email with strong recommendations for this

Love David and Nikhil, would been nice if we had a Genhil scene where Nikhil being over protective saying no booze or something along those lines, him putting foot in! Hope he throws her a compliment tomorrow at the wedding

Where was David going dressed that casually- he was never going to get in anywhere.

I assume the real reason it was just David and Nikhil, and why he was dressed that casually was because in David's mind it wasn't a real stag party

From what I can remember of that night out, Nikhil spent half of it talking about Gennie and then David got really drunk and sabotaged the whole thing


Gennie's bump has appeared ridiculously quickly and why has she picked Chas as a godmother- Nikhil agreed to that Did they not see how Aaron turned out

They are definitely going to have a baby girl

Sweet wasn't it. He'll get all this practice with Jake about how to handle a boy and he and Gennie will end up with a girl.

Wish we had seen more of Gennie/Alesha and a Genhil kiss when Nikhil left, but the air kiss was cute

I'm sure he'll help David with him when Alicia is in prison.

Why do they keep removing Gennie from parties/family gatherings?

Nikhil dancing with Pryia was fun but would have much preferred a Genhil dance.

Loved the fact they couldn't stop kissing when they entered the pub and how happy Nikhil is for David.

Thought it was a shame there wasn't any dialogue between Gennie and Nikhil either at the wedding or reception although they kissed when they arrived at the Woolpack.

Loved it when he told David that he offered to stay with Gennie when she went for a lie down and it was nice to see him being happy to look after Jakey for a while.

Really love the Nikhil and David scenes they just come across as so believable and natural and the funny elements are not at all forced.

I too reckon the baby is going to be a girl.

Saw a tweet from Rik the other day which said the current storyline is a blessing and there's plenty more to come from us. So I reckon that there must be some good stuff coming up in the next few weeks.
