Yeah I thought that was sweet and also the scene of the three of them together. Hope we get more scenes like that between them.

I'm really looking forward to tonight's episode and indeed to how this all plays out. The aftermath from last nights events should be immense. I seem to remember Rik saying that there would be some "beautiful moments" between Nikhil, Gennie and the baby, in the episodes immediately following the birth. I could also see Gennie being very distressed by the events surrounding Chas. I wouldn't be surprised that she feels guilty that she didn't reveal what she saw all those months ago. Sian recently said that she thought there was likely to be consequences for Gennie. It will be interesting to see how Nikhil reacts to that. Regardless of his feelings regarding Gennie's actions, I can't see him standing by when Charity and Cain are on the warpath.

I really hope that after the dust settles, the Dingles and in particular Debbie will realise that Gennie had legitimate reasons for not telling them about Chas and Cameron and that she too was deceived by her sister. Cain even remarked at how angry Gennie seemed to be with Cameron at one point, so it was clear that she didn't have any sympathy with the relationship. The next few months should be great in Emmerdale.

Gennie kept quiet for Debbie's sake. I hope they understand that she was in an awkward position.
I hope the writers remember the bit in old.

Let's not forget that Gennie was all worked up over being pregnant when Cameron and Chas were piling on the pressure for her to keep quiet. I hope Gennie brings that up when Cain/Charity/Debbie start having a go at her.

It really was. The peace won't last long though!

Unfortunately i agree, That scene at Gennie's house when she wanted to tell Debbie what was going on but didn't, We both said when the manure hits the fan Gennie is not going to get out of this scott free, We know of course why she kept quiet and at the time she had enough problems of her own to deal with but Gennie is far from being daft and she knew one day there would be consequences,

Great scenes tonight lets hope there's plenty more of them.

They're now officially super cute. Nikhil really is trying to bring order to chaos. Bless him in his pink marigolds, he even knows which boob she needs to use for which feed. I just hope they allow him to take the time to actually enjoy his baby daughter, rather than just organise her.

Who is the better mother-in-law to be? Georgia or Brenda?

They'll both be a nightmare I would suspect

Though it does sound like Georgia will in fact help them out
