That might not be a bad idea

I'm not surprised they intend to drag it out. How many other storylines have been dragged out now in Emmerdale to the point where the viewers honestly dont care about the end result (hint: ALL of them!).
The scenes with Gennie last night were the ones I connected with most and I have to say that the actress is very convincing. I always thought she was underrated and she proves this everytime she actually gets something to do.
While I would like to see her happy, her scenes last night were totally believable and heart breaking. I've been known to get a little heavy after a few glasses of red myself (
) so I don't blame her for pouring her heart out. Theres only so many of those scenes we can stand though before Emmerdale ruin Gennie by turning her into a miserable character as has been done with most other characters. If anyone at Emmerdale is reading this - this is probably the best story in the soap at the moment, don't ruin it!”

it's not terribly positive at the moment but we are doing are best
Sian was fantastic last night- I think a lot of us could completely relate to having a few too many drinks and then bluttering something like that out- and the drink makes it all seem so much worse as well

- very realistic and best part of episode for me- poor lovely Gennie
The actress has suggested (on twitter) that
hopefully this is the case

I've changed my mind- I was going to avoid this episode but I am now really looking forward to Jackson's demise-am deligted about it- can't come quickly enough

- and I won't be drowning in tears for poor Hazel and poor Aaron because they are idiots for not trying to ever get him any help- I just couldn't care less anymore- the story has had no redeeming qualities- it sends a dreadful message that suicide is the first solution to life's problems and frankly the sooner it's over the better
