I think we were meant to pick up on Brendan's discomfort in the gay bar - he was trying to hide it, but it was there. I agree with what lila said the other day though - it would have been easier to see what was in his head if we'd seen him downing a couple of whiskeys first to brace himself for gaydom. Instead, we just got to see the surface, which was all 'yeah, I'm totally cool with this, I've made my bed.' But really you get the impression he needs to know he has got someone right where he wants them before he takes a risk.

Still loved it when he told Ste "Oh no, he was definitely up for it" though.

Oh dear Law has got a tweet from some woman saying that she can't watch HOs anymore because of him and his fag friends making it a gay porno and that he should be ashamed of himself, that is not on at all.

I don't like the guy, but I don't see what tweeting him nasty stuff is going to do. It's not going to make him leave, it's not going to do anything apart from upset them.

Yeah I do think they rushed the gaybar scenes. I wanted more vulnerable!Brendan and a bit more uncomfortable!Brendan. We got tiny glimpses but we should have seen so much more, especially as a few days before he was so uncomfortable at the thought of Ste touching him outside and then he was OK dancing with Tattsman. I know it was an act but I would have liked to see a bit of reluctance/discomfort before starting his manipulation. BIB1 would have been perfect to show that!

BIB2-Definitely! He always needs to know that the other person is interested before he makes his move because he want's to take the lowest possible risk that he can.

BIB3- Loved that line so much, especially as we saw jealous!Ste for a bit.
