He is mentioned every now and then...there was a story about 12 months ago that he was suing Neighbours?

the actor who played him got fired - I think for taking drugs on set, but not too sure - so they've temporarily written him out. But as he's been fired, he can't comeback, so I'll let everyone else work out what happens

No msf, I don't watch Home and Away. Yes, I am aware of this court situation, my father is a lawyer and he explained to me in the context of a footballer fighting unfair dismissal a few months ago.

I was trying to think of the rumoured reasons for Mr Conor's dismissal!!!

if you watched H&A you could have been the one explaining to him, he would have been well impressed and when he would have asked you how you knew all this, you could have said : 'I saw it it on H&A, mate, see you later'.

Erm, not that pressing a matter for me msf, I don't watch Home and Away because I never have and am usually watching the news when its on weeknights and sleeping and/or leaving my girlfriends house when the omnibus is on Saturdays. I do manage to tape the cultish soap romp that is S&D though!

hmm, The Olympics began last Friday and last for 16 days, which means Neighbours should be back a week on Monday!

Me neither.

Neighbours isn't back until Tuesday, rather than Monday unfortunately. The BEEB seem to think that seeing as it's a bank holiday then 'Cash In The Attic' will get more viewers in that slot. Still- only a few days to go now!

I`m so happy Neighbours will be back Monday. The fans have had a double blow of losing episodes lately...what with Wimbledon and the Olympics. It would be nice if we could have catch up episodes.

The reason NO:20 Ramsay Street and "around" the corner isn't shown on Neighbours is due to the show's budget and other issues like studio space.

It's baaaacccck! It was okay today, but I really don't buy the whole Susom (Susan & Tom) thing- they don't seem right together to me. What do you lot think then?

Yeah, too mushy, and don't start me on Max and Steph. Who gets that excited about making babies anyway ? They're so pathetic.
I liked the Jack/Mac bit though. The producer and storyliners really have it in for him haven't they ?

Yup, and if you read any Neighbours forums people are always going on about what a cute couple Steph and Max are. I don't dislike them but they certainly don't entertain me. Although I don't like Kizzy (Karl and Izzy), at least I can see a point to the storyline and it is entertaining, whereas with the aforementioned couples- I just don't get it! They've done such a good job of improving it yet they still insist on throwing in the odd dumb storyline like this. Still, Steph and Max are just about the only consistently happy couple in soapland! If they weren't then I would go on my usual rant about how no soap couples are ever happy!
