Afternoon TC btw - haven't been around past few days - slipped/passed out? In the kitchen on porcelain tiles and I think I've done something to my nose - looks ok, but the pain & the blood!

I've a doc's appointment for the 20th - I might be anaemic - all other tests are ok. I'm banned from going to the gym by my family ATM.
