I remember funny feet from years ago - blast from the past for me!

Polenta - well I keep trying - I'm torn, I wouldn't refuse it - need to try my ready made, griddled with sauce.

Corn bread

Morning TC & gang! awaiting some sliding wardrobe doors - although, I'm more excited about my wipe clean herb/spice labels that should also be delivered! The former means me having to expose my wardrobe crammed of clothes that hubby doesn't/never know/knew I had - or how much.

don't start me on mothballs TC - the MIL uses them and has some stuff stored in our spare bedroom out there! I hate the things - hubby has given her a final warning to chuck the stuff as it's all really rubbish anyway - she's stopped storing humungous bottles of pickles in there thank goodness as she can't be bothered to make them anymore!

Hope your all well - I've skipped the gym today as I really don't want to go out in that rain & wind, normally it wouldn't bother me but the gym is in the Marina, I'd be blown away crossing the road!

Mashed potatoes for me ( my daughter would devour the cherries! Like strawberries I find them boring.)

Aww, snug as a bug in a rug - are you TC? hope everyone is - nothing nicer than knowing everyone is home safe, fed, watered and tucked up warm in bed with the TV on - IMO. I did 'treat myself' to ear plugs last week tho' due hubby's increasing snoring! I'm shattered in the morning as I've watched everything on catch up thro' the night while he ' slumbers'. I'm going with him to his appointment beginning of March - he swears he doesn't make a sound! I'll hang him verbally!

Morning TC & folks - hope everyone's ok. This weather! At least it's not snow like Austria where peoples' roofs are collapsing! I really feel for people back home with the flooding - I can't imagine.

Coddled eggs ( love asparagus tho' - bet that'll be scarce &/or cost a bomb this yr!)
Along with everything else.

I know TC, I agree - how are these people coping?! plus insurance companies/ & government acting selfishly IMO. I'm no great politician btw.
To be without your home, food & comfort etc.
I have to correct myself when complaining the washing won't dry & my dryer ( in my washer/dryer) doesn't work, probably due to lack of use on the tumble dryer side.)

I know! ( my late Dad made me a clothes horse when I was little ( many moons ago) and I still have it up the attic fir sentimental reasons!)
My daughter, since she's moved in with her fiancé keeps going on about full blast heating/ tumble drying etc everything. Wait until their first winter bill comes in!)

Again, love both! Got an A* using egg drop soup as part of my A Level Cookery - ' using six eggs make a three course meal for a family of four'. ( that was part one, fortunately another part was about Soya!
